I am here to help you move with awareness, breathe, think and function in optimal ways, so you can feel expansive, strong, calm and confident and live your unique potential.
Yoga therapy, mindfulness and breathwork are powerful tools to reconnect with your TRUE self. How we feel in our body, mind and spirit has a huge impact on every facet of our life.
I have practiced yoga for 14 years, am a sporter since my teens and taught yoga for over 10 years. As the author of a Dutch book on “yoga for athletes”, my expertise extends beyond conventional yoga practices. My extensive training with Yoga Medicine, including over 800 hours of study in functional anatomy, yoga therapy, and mental health, underscores my commitment to holistic wellness.
For me, Yoga is not about pretty poses, but a tool to support your unique body and meet you where you are at.
Drawing from a rich toolbox cultivated over many years, I integrate various modalities such as breathwork, meditation, tapping, fluid and strong vinyasa, yin yoga, myofascial release into my practice.

Healthy Moves Online Academy

The monthly subscription, “Healthy Moves,” with over 140 classes (most are in Dutch language), enables you to make yoga a part of your daily routine at an affordable price. This package includes various lessons for recovery, stress release, core strength, (hip) stability, mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and focus. New lessons are added every week.

Healthy Moves offers customized, short yoga classes (from 15 min to 1 hour) specifically designed to fit into your busy schedule. With this academy, you will learn simple tools to maintain or restore your physical and mental well-being, all while balancing your demanding job and/or busy athletic training schedule.

With my book “Smarter Training with Yoga,” you will discover how to use yoga as a tool to help your body recover, prevent injuries, perform better, develop both strength and flexibility, and improve your sleep.

Slimmer sporten met yoga” presents the benefits of yoga in a scientifically substantiated way.  Each chapter discusses the structure and muscles of a body part/joint, and gives you simple tools to work towards balance and find both stability and flexibility.
