Healthy Moves Online Academy
The monthly subscription, “Healthy Moves,” with over 140 classes (most are in Dutch language), enables you to make yoga a part of your daily routine at an affordable price. This package includes various lessons for recovery, stress release, core strength, (hip) stability, mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and focus. New lessons are added every week.
Healthy Moves offers customized, short yoga classes (from 15 min to 1 hour) specifically designed to fit into your busy schedule. With this academy, you will learn simple tools to maintain or restore your physical and mental well-being, all while balancing your demanding job and/or busy athletic training schedule.

“Slimmer sporten met yoga” presents the benefits of yoga in a scientifically substantiated way. Each chapter discusses the structure and muscles of a body part/joint, and gives you simple tools to work towards balance and find both stability and flexibility. The book contains 30 free videos with more guidance and additional explanations.
