Take a break from your busy life and prioritize your well-being with a weekend designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. This Weekend is an opportunity to step away from the noise, slow down, and give your body and mind the care they deserve.
Over three days, you’ll explore functional yoga for strength and flexibility, self-myofascial release, yin yoga, meditation, tapping, and more. You’ll be nourished with wholesome homemade meals crafted with love by our chef Nele, who will also share her best tips for a healthy lifestyle.
Beyond the yoga mat, enjoy free time by the natural pool, unwind in the sauna, read, or join us for a refreshing hike in the stunning landscape of Heuvelland.
We’ll begin on Friday evening with a cozy welcome dinner and close with a deeply restorative yin session on Sunday. Each day includes energizing morning and a grounding evening yin yoga. During our myofascial release workshop, you will learn valuable tools, to release stress and tension and keep your fascia healthy.
