The Weekend Package

Accomodation

Our stay is a recently renovated farmhouse situated in one of the most idyllic corners of Heuvelland, at the end of a dead end street in the middle of an oasis of green and in an absolutely quiet area.
The Douvevallei is a farmhouse with a soul, where you can come home, where you can empty your head, where you can taste nature, where you can hike endlessly. It has an outside  natural pool, a sauna barrel, an infrared cabine, outside shower and lots of space to hang out and chill.

Accomodation

In the main house, there are 5 rooms (3 upstairs and 2 on the groundfloor) that can be set up as a TWIN or a DOUBLE room.

The house has two large bathrooms which are shared. There are separate toilets upstairs and downstairs.There are lots of cosy seating areas and a large dining area.

You can opt to have your own wooden POD with more private space nestled in nature. First come first serve, we only have one TWIN POD (with two separate beds) and one single POD with a double bed. The price is 799 Euro for the single POD. The PODS have access to an outside shower and toilet or the bathrooms in the house can be used as well.

Food

At our retreat, Nele, our chef, creates food with love that’s not only delicious but also nourishing and colorful.

You start the day with tea or coffee and a pre-yoga light breakfast. After the morning yoga, treat yourself to an abundant brunch featuring a variety of healthy dishes. Expect vibrant, wholesome flavors that leave you feeling energized. In the afternoon, enjoy a healthy snack to keep you fueled for the day’s activities.

In the evening, gather for a buffet-style dinner where veggie dishes take center stage. Please let us know if you have a special diet or any allergies.

During the retreat, Nele shares valuable and easy tips on how to eat healthy and stay fit.

Yoga

Yoga will be offered twice a day in the morning and the evening on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday evening, there will be a short and relaxing session that will help you land and sleep like a baby. During the weekend, you will discover breathwork, different styles of yoga, self-myofascial release, meditation, tapping and more.
The morning sessions will be more dynamic and consist of functional yoga, vinyasa flow, core work, invigorating breathwork, and meditation to start the day.

The evening sessions will be a nurturing mix of yin yoga, calming breathwork, self massage practice with myofascial release and tapping. This will help you to release tight areas in your body and improve your range of motion, tools you can take home to recover from daily stressors and your sport training.

Hike and optional activities

For the ones who want to join the hiking part, we have several options for beautiful hikes in the afternoon. The renowned Silence Path in Heuvelland will guide us along picturesque vineyards and lush greenery.
If the weather allows, we can take the cable lift, offering a panoramic view of Heuvelland’s undulating landscapes.

If you prefer to take it easy, you can chill at the natural pool, sweat out your toxins in the sauna barrel, enjoy the infra-red cabin, soak up the beauty of nature all around you.

You will discover breathwork, healthy yoga movements for strength and flexibility, self-myofascial release, calming yin yoga, meditation, tapping and more. The morning sessions will be more dynamic and consist of functional yoga movement, invigorating breathwork, and a meditation to start the day.
You will gain strength and flexibility, learn to find balance between effort and ease, find a deeper connection within, through the breath and your body. Expect deliciously deep and juicy classes with special attention for breath, alignment, technique. All levels are welcome. The evening sessions will be a nurturing mix of yin yoga, calming breathwork, self massage practice with myofascial release and tapping. These practices will help you to release tight areas in your body, improve your range of motion, and recover quickly from your daily stressors and your sport training. During the weekend, you will learn simple tools that will support towards a more balanced, energized, and focused version of yourself.

Prices for a TWIN or DOUBLE room or POD are at 595 Euro. The single POD is 799 Euro.
There is ample free time to hang out, read a book, take a dip in the natural pool, sweat out your toxins in the sauna barrel, talk to like minded souls and soak up the silence and beauty of nature.
A deposit of 50% will secure your spot. Please transfer this amount on Yoganic Moves, BE78 7380 3344 2386 mentioning your name and Boost Your Health weekend. The reminder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you need to cancel for whatever reason, your deposit (minus 50€ admin fee) can be transferred to a future retreat with Yoganic Moves. The remainder 50% will be refunded.
