Take a break from the busy life, slow down, reconnect with your body, and indulge in nourishing activities. Discover healthy yoga movements for strength and flexibility, self-myofascial release, calming yin yoga and meditation.
(one dynamic session to start the day and one soothing calming session at the end of the day)
Join our beautiful 1.5 to 2-hour hike in Heuvelland, through vineyards and hills.
This Boost Your Health day is an opportunity to reset, recharge, improve your resilience and prioritize your well-being!
Our morning begins with a 1,5 hours functional yoga class followed by a healthy picnic/lunch made with love by Illie Mangaro. In the afternoon we embark on an enchanting afternoon hike along the renowned Silence Path. We will finish our day in silence with an introspective yin yoga and myofascial release class , which will leave you feeling deeply nourished and connected.
To give you personal attention, the group is limited to max 10 people.

Place to be

Elverdingseweg 5, Poperinge
Our place to be is a beautiful private garden in Flanders Fields. Our yoga practice and picnic will be outside, so put on several layers, so you keep warm.
In case of rain, we will practice inside.
The train station is on few minutes (let me know if you need a lift).
Hike
In the afternoon, you can join us on a beautiful hike along the renowned Silence Path in Heuvelland. We will hike along picturesque vineyards and lush greenery. Our journey will ascend to new heights on the cable lift, offering a panoramic view of Heuvelland’s undulating landscapes. (if the weather allows)
