I have always been sportive and pushed my limits. I ran, cycled, and trained hard—but like many athletes, I didn’t know how to balance strength with mobility or how to properly recover from trainings. I believed that training more was always better, without realizing the crucial role recovery plays in performance. While preparing for a marathon, I got injured right before the start. I had trained a whole season. I wish I had known then what I know now: yoga is a game-changer for athletic performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
Over the years, I’ve worked with Ironman triathletes, marathon runners, and dedicated athletes striving to perform at their best. I’ve seen firsthand how yoga helps with hip and core stability, enhances mobility, speeds up recovery, and prevents injuries.
