Yoga Thai Massage is a powerful way to release tension in the tissues, reset the nervous system, and land fully in your body. Through the healing art of slow, intentional, and deep touch, your body is invited to soften and let go. The tissues begin to hydrate, rejuvenate, and you’ll naturally drop into a deep state of relaxation.


Sessions take place on a futton on the floor and you will have your clothes on – a completely different experience from a traditional table massage. Some parts are dynamic and flowing, others are still and grounding. You’ll experience a unique combination of passive yoga stretches, joint mobilization, and deep tissue work.
