Weekly Yoga Classes

Mindful movement for a stronger, more balanced, and flexible body

For athletes and active individuals looking to build strength, enhance flexibility, and prevent injuries.

Expect a creative and dynamic class that challenges both your body and mind—with your breath as your guide. These sessions will help you build self-awareness and develop healthier movement patterns, both on and off the mat. We’ll blend slow, traditional yoga with functional movement and dynamic stretching to improve mobility and flexibility. You’ll strengthen your core and hip stability, improve your balance, and learn to move from your center. Each class ends with passive stretches and myofascial release to help you leave feeling calm, refreshed, and grounded.

We practice in small groups of max 12 people.
Classes are taking place every Wednesday 18h00-19h15 at The Health Works Club, Dublinstraat 35, 9000 Gent. There is a free parking space.
With nice weather, we will practice outside in the park nearby.
