Join me for a fun and creative yoga class with healthy and functional movements.
Come as you are, stiff or flexible, just come with an open mind and heart. We will move towards “soft strength”, find balance between strength and ease, strength and flexibility.
Step on the mat, step out of your head, get back into your body
Expect a strong and powerful class where your body and mind will be challenged and your breath will be your guidance. This class will be combination of traditional slow yoga flow and more functional moves to spark your core and balance from your center.
Strength in your body can give you power, ignite your fire to make decisions in your life, make shifts, take steps. You will also learn how to access ease, how to let go off tension, so you can use that quality in your life, to find compassion towards yourself, to cultivate patience, to open your heart.

This class is not accessible for complete beginners.
Classes are taking place at The Health Works Club, which is easily accessible by car. There is plenty of parking space.
With nice weather, we will practice outside in the park.
