Private Yoga therapy sessions
Personalized sessions tailored to your body, your goals and your unique needs
Whether you’re new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or an experienced practitioner wanting to deepen your practice, private sessions offer a personalized and therapeutic approach to help you reach your goals.
Every body is different. With yoga therapy, we look at your unique body, movement patterns, and challenges to create a custom plan that works for you.
In your first session, we’ll take time to explore your health history, current concerns, and personal intentions. Based on that, you’ll receive simple, targeted exercises designed to fit into your weekly routine—so you can begin seeing results that are both sustainable and empowering.
My goal is to give you tools that help you take ownership of your well-being, without becoming dependent on me. We typically follow up every three weeks to reassess and refine your practice, though weekly support is also available if you prefer.

Client Story
“After reading Annick’s book, I reached out for support to improve my running. I was dealing with tight calves, recurring hamstring tension, and overall stiffness in my body. During our first session, Annick quickly observed that my hips lacked stability and that my gluteus maximus—a key muscle for powerful running—wasn’t activating well. Because of that, my calves and hamstrings were doing extra work and becoming overloaded.
Annick gave me a tailored routine with exercises to strengthen my glutes, stabilize my hips, and both lengthen and strengthen my hamstrings. I could feel the difference almost immediately. Her approach was personal, insightful, and empowering. I now feel more balanced in my body and much more confident in my training.”
