Liberate your spine, free yourself

In our modern world, “sitting is called the new smoking”, with consequences that go beyond just back and neck complaints. The majority of the population experiences back pain and neck complaints, largely due to our (unhealthy) sitting posture. But do you know that this posture also affects our breathing capacity and our mood?
During this workshop we will take a closer look at our posture and learn how this can affect our physical body, energy level and even our mood.
You will gain awareness on your posture, your breath and you will learn easy tools to reduce physical discomfort and liberate your spine. This will help you gain flexibility, obtain more breathing space, move with more ease, feel more energized and better about yourself.

Accomodation

Our stay is a recently renovated farmhouse situated in one of the most idyllic corners of Heuvelland, at the end of a dead end street in the middle of an oasis of green and in an absolutely quiet area. The Douvevallei is a farmhouse with a soul, where you can come home, where you can empty your head, where you can taste nature, where you can hike endlessly. It has an outside  natural pool, a sauna barrel, an infrared cabine, outside shower and lots of space to hang out and chill.

Food

At our retreat, Nele, our chef, creates food with love that’s not only delicious but also nourishing and colorful. After your morning yoga, treat yourself to an abundant brunch featuring a variety of healthy dishes. Expect vibrant, wholesome flavors that leave you feeling energized. In the afternoon, enjoy a healthy snack to keep you fueled for the day’s activities. In the evening, gather for a buffet-style dinner where veggie dishes take center stage.
