Breathwork, healthy yoga moves, meditation, tapping, and self-love rituals are the main ingredients we offer you. There is plenty of space during the day to do what you love—relax by the pool, read a book, join us for a hike, explore local markets, or simply lay in the lush green gardens and just be.
Of course, your stay is an all-in experience, with delicious home-cooked vegetarian meals and snacks to nourish your body from the inside out.
This intimate retreat is limited to just 12 participants, so if you feel the call, don’t hesitate—this is your time.
The Retreat Package
Accomodation

Under the Wild Sky is located in Sainte-Colombe-de-Villeneuve in the South of France; a heritage area surrounded by open countryside and ancient cedarwood trees..
This accommodation offers simple yet contemporary lodging within the evocative stone walls of the main house and guest house. Your room will offer a sanctuary within the retreat for rest and reflection. Take your time to unwind, at the swimming pool and sauna, enjoy wild gardens and soothing views.
All rooms are very spacious and have ensuite bathroom; you can choose for a double or twin room.
Food
Home cooked, vegetarian and/or vegan meals will be prepared according to your needs and preferences.
Breakfast will be served as a brunch with natural health juices, fruit, healthy pancakes,…all is prepared in house by our professional health chef.
Snacks, fruit, warm and cold drinks/soda’s will be available all day long as well as a snack prior to the yoga sessions in the morning.
Dinners will be vegetarian and prepared with seasonal local products.

Yoga

We’ll have yoga twice a day. A sweet and juicy session in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. Our morning sessions will be more dynamic and consist of slow vinyasa, embodied and functional movement, meditation and breathwork. The afternoon or evening sessions will be a nurturing mix of restorative, yin yoga, myofascia release, meditation, …
You will learn to get in touch with your SOFT strength, a force which doesn’t come from pushing HARD but comes from connecting deep within and moving with ease. You will gain strength, connect with your core and inner fire, which will empower you to choose for yourself and speak your truth. We will slow down, soften and open ourselves, find compassion towards ourselves, find a deeper connection with our heart and soul, find presence through the breath and find safety in our body.
Other activities
A guided hike (easy to medium difficulty) with picnic is included (off course you can choose to join or not)
We offer some wellness arrangements, sauna is included; massages or other beauty arrangements can be booked separate.
With the group we will discuss to do some optional activities like kayaking, organise a visit to a medieval town nearby, go on an extra hike.
